TRAINING SESSIONS POLICY

Training Package Duration

  • Players have six (6) weeks to complete their five (5) session training package. Any unused sessions after this period will expire.

No‑Shows

  • If a player does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will not be credited or rescheduled and will be counted as used.

Cancellations 

  • We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations. 

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours or less of a scheduled session will be counted as one session from the training package unless the time slot can be filled.

Drop‑In Sessions

  • Drop‑in sessions are not available. All training sessions must be scheduled in advance as part of an active training package.
